Welcome Party

7 PM - 10 PM

We will have food and drinks at Palazzo Vanneschi the evening guests arrive. This will be a more laid back event as opposed to a formally seated dinner. There will be pizza and gelato among other light bites as well as spritzes and other drinks.

Attire: Think garden party! The photographer will be present, so something to keep in mind. It will likely be hot, so a nice pair of shorts for men is fine. There will be yard games and grass, so I recommend flats or wedges as opposed to heels for women.

Ceremony

5 PM - 5:30 PM

The big moment! Join us as we make our vows and make this thing official. The ceremony will be at the villas in Bucine.

Attire: Cocktail or smart semi-formal. Dress nice (suits or sport coats, dresses), but we also want you to be able to beat the heat. Dress smart (linen blends, seersucker, etc.) and we can ditch the jackets day of if the heat is too much.

Aperitivo & Dinner

5:30 PM - 9 PM

We'll have a cocktail hour after the wedding followed by a seated Italian dinner.

Attire: Same as the ceremony.

Cake, Bar Service, and Music

9 PM - 12 AM

Let the dancing and DJ begin!

Attire: Same as the ceremony.

Barbecue by the Pool

5 PM - Late

Pop over to the main villa for a pool day and a catered barbecue. Take a load off and spend some time recovering from the previous night while lounging by the pool. The food will be coming at 5, but everyone is welcome to come hang before that.

Attire: Casual pool day attire, swimwear

Winery Tour

9 AM - 5 PM

We'll be picked up from the villas to go visit a few wineries in the region! There will be touring and tasting and eating!

Attire: Garden Party or dressy casual, comfortable shoes for walking
